I am Charlotte Lacourbe, wedding planner in Provence and founder of the agency ily Wedding.
I'm specialised in planning destination weddings in Provence, welcoming couples travelling from around the world to celebrate their wedding in the South of France.
For as long as I can remember, the world of weddings has always inspired me. The emotion shared between loved ones, the beauty of exceptional venues, and the magic of a day designed down to the smallest detail… everything about this universe has always felt like a natural path for me.
In 2018, at the age of 25, I founded ily Wedding with a simple idea: to lead couples in planning their wedding with sensitivity, precision and authenticity. Since then, I have had the privilege of organising weddings across Provence, particularly around Avignon and throughout Vaucluse, Gard and Drôme, in beautiful venues such as estates, mas, bastides, châteaux and traditional Provençal properties.
Every wedding in Provence is a unique human adventure. My role is to transform your ideas and dreams into a seamless, elegant and deeply memorable experience.

Planning a wedding is far more than a sequence of logistical decisions.
It begins with understanding a story, capturing an energy and imagining a celebration that perfectly reflects the couple. As a wedding planner in Provence, I accompany couples through every stage of their wedding planning journey: choosing the venue, selecting trusted vendors, designing the atmosphere, coordinating the timeline and managing the wedding day itself. Thanks to my experience and a carefully curated network of professionals, I ensure that every destination wedding in Provence is organised with elegance, precision and attention to detail. My goal is simple: to allow couples to fully enjoy every moment of their wedding with complete peace of mind.

Since 2022, Lisa Dufour has been regularly collaborating with ily Wedding on the organisation and coordination of weddings.
We first met during a wedding planner training programme that I was leading. Passionate about the wedding industry and highly dedicated to learning the profession, Lisa quickly stood out for her professionalism, sensitivity and strong attention to detail.
Following this training, she began assisting me during weddings to gain hands-on experience in the organisation of weddings in Provence.
Over time and through many events, I trained her in the different aspects of wedding planning: coordinating vendors, managing timelines, supporting couples and overseeing the logistical aspects of wedding days.
Today, Lisa also works as an independent wedding planner, and we regularly collaborate on ily Wedding celebrations to ensure an even smoother organisation and an attentive presence on every detail.

Working as a team allows us to be present during every key moment and guarantees couples a serene, elegant and perfectly orchestrated wedding experience.
